We don't collect any money from you for collection. We will pay 100% collection cost on our side. But if you cancel your order after we finished the collection on your order, we can't do this for you on the 2nd time.
After fish transported from the lake to Dar Es Salaam, all the fish will be in quarantine and treatment 7-10 days before the shipment ship out to sort healthy fish for your order.
The minimum per order is 10 boxes of fish. 70% of the order payment must make 5 days before the shipment on air. 30% must pay after fish arrival 24 hours (report DOA as needed). We won't ship any fish without payment.
Credit card for the USA importers and bank transfer for worldwide importers. We don't accept any Western Union or Moneygram payment to avoid the scam.
Any DOA (dead on arrival) will replace the same fish or other fish the same as the value. We only guarantee DOA within the first 12 hours after the shipment landed in your country.
