We usually ship the shipments on the Saturday ( the most) ,some airports close on the weekend we will ship on Tuesday.

1- You will get exactly the fish you ordered.
2- You will get ratio as your ordered.
3-You will get cheaper price than landed price.
4-You are priority to get whatever we got in that shipment.
We will have deadline date to deposit 50% of your orders.We only accept your deposit when we make sure we can get your fish in hand. It is non refundable. After we quarantine processed 7-10 days, we will contact you to make an arrangement for shipping date.
It is rarely happen, because we import quantity more than the customers ordered. But nobody knows what will happen. If the shipment is not reach to quantity as your order, you can cancel it and we will refund 100% of your preorder deposit.
